Additional users/members: $10 / user / month – billed to org (default) or to user (opt‑in per workspace).
Sub‑users (associations/accelerators): Included under the parent org; same $10/user pricing with parent visibility and optional cost‑center tagging.

Messaging (per org, per month; resets monthly)

To our network within markets: 1,000 free SMS → then $0.25 / SMS.
Self‑alerts (parameter‑based triggers): $2.00 / SMS (customer can pre‑set a monthly cap).
Call‑center outbound assist (optional add‑on): Bundled with campaigns; quote based on volume & languages.
